This is my "fursona" as a character in the .hack franchise. (.hack nerds will know what I'm talking about).
He is Sibeling of the Azure Star, along with Kite (Azure Flame), Orca (Azure Sea), and Balmung (Azure Sky). He is a twinblade and his weapons are called Eyes of the Gods.
I was also going to give Sib an avatar called "Nova", but then it wouldn't be part of the Eight Phases of Morganna.
Anywho, as for the art, I know there are some mistakes, especially on the anthro head, and I'm working on trying to get better at drawing them and properly attaching them to the body. If anyone has any tips, tutorials, or the like for help, I would gladly appreciate it.
Thank you!

I'm noticing throughout your postings that you're pretty good at rendering light and shadow. The posture and such is pretty good on this one too. Main complaints are the hip, which looks a bit popped out of joint, and the near arm, which seems too long to me. Also, the background is clearly an afterthought.
A little pointer for the background that helps me - do it first. Rough the character in where you want him, very loosely, and then don't touch him again until the background is to your liking. Then come back and finish the character. I find that once I've rendered a character, I quickly lose interest in the layout, but if I leave the character till the end, my interest builds as I go, and I end it more climatically.

Thanks for that insight on backgrounds, I will definately try that next time.
I do have another piece I was working on before, but it was started with the character first, but I shall get it up anyway.
Thank you for your critiques, and I'm glad you're sharing your tips with me :)
