Despite the social hurdles he faces, Bruce still remains optimistic and confident about his journey. The path will not be easy, but for the most part he knows what to expect. After all, it isn't his first big adventure. It's just the first big adventure he'll do on his own...and it's perhaps the biggest one of his life.

Just as a Trainer becomes a "Pokémon Master" when beating the region champion, Bruce strives to do the same to become a "Master Pokémon." This is his goal, and he looks forward to achieving it...
