(If you like this picture you can COMMISSION ME!)
$27 Full Color commission for Psytrin http://www.furaffinity.net/user/psytrin of his characters Mishra and Myrranda wrapping up Kaeko http://www.furaffinity.net/user/kaeko in preparation for Christmas.
This image was actually finished 3 weeks ago as Psytrin did the smart thing and commissioned far in advance of the holidays. On the other hand, I also finish images usually quite quickly so this sat around for quite some time before I could post it. One of the two holidays commissions between two commissioners and this was possibly the more challenging one due to its framing. Warm, more intimate feeling despite the expanse of background.
First time Psytrin has given me Mishra and Myrranda to draw (I think I still haven't drawn about five of his characters. I intend to make up for that.) Did the lines in Illustrator as is the norm for images for him. Different style is applied than it is for other images I draw. Most of the time was spent with the background as expected. Mostly like the fact that the image is a scene, albeit a little odd but then again, I've tried to make a wrapping paper mummy out of my sibling before, so this seems pretty normal to me.
