My German Shephard cano-sapien Alexander Illanov dressed as the 9th Doctor from the Doctor Who television series. I had thought this to be easy, but as I worked on it turned out to be much more tricky than I thought. The background looks black and white because I had tried colours based off a reference pic of the TARDIS, but the result just looked ugly.
