This year, I wanted to show the more festive preparations which go on behind closed doors. The weeks and days up to christmas can become a very hectic and busy time, where a lot of little chores burden the mood. However, what joy can be had, when sharing the jobs between each other? When loved ones come together in a joint effort, to bake, make and create all those little things that put a smile on relatives and friends?
It is that spirit, which I wanted to capture for this year's christmas card… that, and the measures of an oryx and a giraffe need to take during the cold weather :)
