It's amazing how something so precious can be so elusive to so many.

well the word precious implies rare and very finite, so it really isn't that outstanding. There are so many implications that inhibit people from loving one another too. The fact is that many people are not really all that loveable and aren't willing to help the process allong. They have the idea that someone will one day come allong and just love every part of them without themselves changing at all. Live and nothing in it is that convenient let alone love...~shrugs~ It is overly romanticized and people's education of it anymore is very misleading.

Very legitamite points you brought up. I must admit, I can romanticze things. But people do tend to have too idealized versions of love. Too many people want custom love in an off-the-rack world. And the thing is also, one has to adapt to love far more than love has to adapt to them, or at least be able to return love as well as be the recipient. I also agree some people just aren't that lovable. Love, like art, needs to be inspired and built minute by minute, day by day with a lot of work and dedication.
