Step Three Using a flat Peeler, peel all the green skin to expose the bright white "meat."
It's best to use a flat peeler as shown, but if you don't have one or can't find one at the store, a side peeler will work as well. Just be sure to be careful because you will have to move the watermelon around to get to the right angles.
Hint: have a plastic bag ready to discard all the peels because they can get slippery and make you loose your grip.
