This is an oldish doodle page I did while we were gaming a few weeks ago. The vixaen fellow on the far left is a mage, wearing a comfy vest and a loose, soft robe that doesn't get in the way of his spellcasting abilities. The sword is a sword. The gauntlets are a punch dagger, and a magicky gauntlet. The guy in the middle is wearing some kinda crazy leather armor, or maybe it's lamellar. Either or, it's subconsciously based off of Luneth's appearance from FFIII.
The guy on the far right is me experimenting with different styles of full plate armor, all fantastical, of course, because getting that on would be confusing and probably impractically heavy in real life. I like the big, thick, heavy plates though - that's how I always imagined full plate to be.
