Not sure if this is a criticism or just a query, but... I haven't listened to all the songs for this game you're working on yet, but, from the ones I have listened to... I'm not sure there is any kind of consistent theme. Is there supposed to be one and I'm just missing it? I'm talking about how in various games, you can catch certain basic melodies that appear in a number of songs through the soundtrack, some songs that appear in different versions and takes but at their core are basically similar, and just a general feeling of "unity." I'm not sure I am hearing a lot of "unity" to this project. But if I'm just missing it because I haven't hit everything yet, feel free to stomp me underpaw and tell me I'm wrong. :)

*laughs* Some of them share the same thing, others are different. This one's going to be a lot like the map theme and the main theme. You can hear the similarities there, and they'll be even more apparent when this song is finished. Keep in mind, too, that all of these songs don't necessarily have to be in the same game, this project is just to give an idea of the types of things I can come up with pretty much on the fly. =3

hahah rourkie you did it again! the first thing I thought of was Aeris's theme. whatever though, it's well orchestrated and your sounds are great. Any chance of smoothing out the harpsichord release--it's a little jarring. other than that sounds great :D

I can't say much more than great job! It all sounds so pro to me. :)

This is nice.

Have you though about using this as the start for more of a up beat song like a victories army marching through the capital.
