Here's a holiday treat that I like to make - Cute Chocolate Mice. They are real easy to make and so cute! All you need is Hersey Kisses, cherries with stems, almond slices, a bag chocolate chips (your choice of kind: Semi-sweet, Milk Chocolate, ect.), tinfoil, and a small macrowavable bowl.
First empty your choc. chips into the bowl and melt them
Next, Wash your charries
Lay out your tin foil
Once your chocolate chips are melted, stir until smooth.
Then holding a cherry by its stem, dip it into the chocolate. Once the cherry is covered in chocolate, place on it on the tinfoil on its side - so the stem is touching or horizonal with the counter.
Next unwrap a herseys kiss and press it into the buttom of the chocolate covered cherry, opposite the stem
[Note: you may dip bottom of the kiss into the melted chocolate to make it stick better]
Next, take two almond slices and stick them between the cherry and the herseys kiss. End resault should look like picture.
Now let your mouse dry [melted chocolate harden] and enjoy!
