Found a few tv shows on how they plan to try and clone a Thylacine from pickled pup the other night as well as a tv show that looked in to recent reports of seeing the Thylacine out in Tasmania.

So little was know about this beautiful animal that its a shame that it died out before people could really lean anything about it.
