Crow Hairpin, This hairpin is made using 2 black feathers (Not real crow feathers, these are dyed goose feathers) affixed to a tuft of coyote fur and a bone disc with a crow track hand carved and painted onto it. The feather has yellow hemp wrapped around it and also features a strand of braided leather with a skull bead attached to it. The coyote and the crow share a symbiotic relationship. Crows track coyotes to find food in the winter months, and warn coyote of larger predators as it feeds.
