(If you like this picture you can COMMISSION ME!)
$23 Full Color commission for Micmanie of deviantArt of his Changeling: The Lost character, Campiona undergoing an unwanted photo shoot in exchange for some valuable information.
I'm a bit more familiar with Changeling: The Dreaming mostly since I played in the older World of Darkness, Vampire: The Masquerade which is one of the primary source books for this rather large set. My impression for Changeling was that basically these poor people get abducted by the rather evil Fae and then generally being tragically warped in one way or another due to often unpleasant experiences, followed by escaping. Then anyone who does get out probably is a little less kind to one another anyway, which is how I'm guessing this scene came about.
Pose was referenced and still difficult, and probably also not accurate despite it. I'm not a gymnast so when it comes to tuck poses and rolls and such, it's harder for me to visualize these properly since my kinetic senses don't know what that feels like. Outside of that, feet are also my weak point but love the way the face came out. Position of choice was suggested for clever censoring, along with the expression to make it obvious that she's complying, but only barely.

I definitely need to write a dA Journal on this one since there is a bit of psychology where people don't recognize such flaws when presented with something upside down. Even stranger, I was thinking exactly of that when working on her face... Yet still missed the foot.
