Whoo, Garin! One of my older and favorite characters, even though his design still looks like a middle schooler created him. Which, well, that's what happened pff.

The two "versions" of Garin are simply one which is used as a stand-alone (like a fursona kinda thing I guess) and the character as he is in my WIP novel. Their personalities are starkly different in context. However, when it comes to physical appearances the only difference is the outfits. So basically there's just two options: The easy one that is significantly less painful, and "dear jeezus why my eyes".

Age: Currently undecided. Physical age somewhere between 16-20.
Ailments:
• Because of his hybridism, he has some anatomical issues, particularly in his joints. Awkward leg joints cause him to have trouble standing/walking for long periods of time and some joints are prone to swelling. His wrists do this often, which the gloves help to reduce.
• He is deaf in his right ear.
• His eyes sometimes have trouble focusing properly and his eyesight itself is rather poor.
• Somewhat of an "ailment", Canon Garin has a spirit called the "Calestine" trapped within his soul. It doesn't affect him much, but it connects him to his mother, so if one gets hurt so does the other.

Extra facts:
• He speaks very poorly. Often his speech is very blunt and/or grammatically incorrect. Instead of saying "I am hungry." he would say either "I hungry." or just "Hungry." If he is trying to explain something, he may become frustrated due to his inability of knowing what words to choose.
• He has a very good memory for events and visuals, almost photographic, but very poor memory when it comes to visual and communication combined (example, one could show him a red card and say "red" but when shown again a few minutes later he can't remember what the name of the color is. He also has trouble remembering names of people and the like).
• He is very close to his mother, Nelthilta.
