This is a usual treat around the holidays that my mom and I usually make. But it's so good, it should be made year round!
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
-1 9X13 glass pan
-1 stick of completely melted butter
-1 and 1/2 packages of crushed honey graham crackers (meaning the plastic sleeves that the crackers come inside the box)
-1 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
-1 bag of butterscotch morsels
-1 bag of semi-sweet chocolate morsels
-1 bag of coconut shavings
STEP 1:
Your essentially going to be making a cookie lasagna. Start with the melted butter and crushed graham crackers, pour them both into the pan and mix them together with your hands by mashing them all together. Then spread them evenly across the bottom of the pan. This will be the crust.
STEP 2:
Open the sweetened condensed milk and slowly pour it over the entire crust trying to cover as much of it as possible. DO NOT try spreading it with a knife or your fingers, because sweetened condensed milk is so sticky it will take the crust with it, making a huge mess. Just try pouring it as evenly as possible.
STEP 3:
Next, take the bag of butterscotch morsels and repeat the process with the milk by distributing them evenly across the top. Then do the same with the bag of semi-sweet morsels.
STEP 4:
Take the coconut shavings and spread them evenly over the top, this will be the final layer of the cookie, so spread it as evenly as possible. Next, take your hands and lightly press on the top evenly to pack the cookie down and keep everything in place.
STEP 5:
Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes. When finished and cooled, cut into squares and serve.

In every standard box of graham crackers (usually) they divide them into 3 plastic sleeves. So the measurement is one sleeve of crackers, and then half of another. I probably should have been more specific, but I've never actually measured how much of the crumbs that is. However, the measurement doesn't have to be precise. You can use an entire box if you'd like.
