Here is a piece for VancouFur's conbook. Their theme is Rocks and Rails so I was inspired to do an image on the Canada's history with the gold rush. This piece was a lot of fun to paint despite the holidays interfering with it getting finished in a timely manner.

I've been drawing since I was little (I think 3 when I started drawing in my dad's organiser). In post secondary I was formally trained in the Fine Arts for 2 years and then took 2 years of 2D animation. I now work as a professional artist at a studio during the day working as a colourist and FX animator. In the evenings I work on my personal or freelance art.
