I build max cdr/spartan laser AP zil with some defense. Bombs every 3.8 seconds for 1k apiece. My ult restores ~3k health. I can have three people hasted or slowed an any given time at 100% uptime, and my ult is on a 30 second CD. All of this and Zil's still an incredibly weak pick.
