I made this guy a while back and never got around to posting the pics. So yeaaa he's just a cool little gnome thing with a feather for a tail.
H's got a wire armature so he's very poseable. He's made with polymer super sculpey, fleece and faux fur (i think it is at least... i got it off of ebay a while ago so yea i forget exactly)
