Well it wasn't that much gibberish actually, only the first part was kinda, hmmm, nondenominational? Like the words were right but they weren't talking about this specific test. So if you're interested it would be more like "testaan kieliprotokollia" ("I'm testing") or "testaamme kieliprotokollia" ("we're testing") or maybe the best for this instance when no one specific is doing the testing, "kieliprotokollien testaus" ("testing language protocols").
