In some you can privately own most anything without special licence, in others you need a licence to own an exotic animal, and in some it's just not not really possible for a private individual to get permission.

But yes, in some places that is possible.

I should also clarify further, this also can vary from state-to-state depending on the animal we're talking about.

its a good idea not to get something the size of a wolf...just saying wolves are still wild animals... they can turn if they decided to and reall do damage

I know of two people who have wolfs as pets and they are extremely tame as well as very shy woofs are not naturally aggressive stupid hoomans have made them out to be horid violent animal's just remeber dogs were domesticated from wolfs :p . Its all about understanding the animal and being very well informed about them haven any wild animal as a pet takes a special hand and extensive knowledge ide not recommend any one to get any wild animal as a pet until they have fully understand what special care and needs they require as well as the expensives and great time required for special care animals

I believe you I have always loved wolves where I live there is actually a wolf rescue but the funny part is where I come from we have no wolves, but I always thought it would be cool to help out and stuff I have done a lot of research on wolves

im just saying they are big and have very sharp teeth..they can do some damage if they are playing as wolves are used to playing wiht other wolves. i am well aware that wolves are not vicious towards humans...unless they are mistreated then they are perfectly justified by ripping out the dumb humans throat..i hate humans

Yes it's very sad everytime I see a stuffed wolf or wolf for it hurts me deep inside because I kinda feel spiritually connected with the animal

He is not 100% domesticate.
He accepted me as his companion.
It took 5 months and a lot of bites
