I just got back into the fandum resently, But I never relized untill now that Throttle is pretty much blind without his shades, which to me just makes him that much cooler of a character. anyway I tried to emthisize that point by glazing his eye over a bit. However I don't really think it's noticeable but oh well.

oh yea the coloring might look a bit weird, I tried to do different then my usual style.
