Just testing out human-ish body shapes. Can never figure out if it looks better with hooves or feet. Any recommendations on the structure are appreciated, I've been drawing pastel equines for a while.

My opinion is that Hands and Hooves is the best. Hooves and hooves looks silly and it's not very appealing quite frankly. And with hands and feet, they pretty much lose all of their ponyness and end up looking like generic furs. So.. hands and hooves! hands and hooves!
I generally prefer hand and hoof. Having feet makes it seem a little 'too' human, like suddenly they're not so much anthro ponies as they are odd looking aliens. Also, love how it looks so far, you're definitely on the right track for drawing anthro ponies. Can't wait to see if you do more of this and the same as usual.
