Trying something a little different for lines. My problem I'd mentioned in the previous pic was something nobody seemed to pick up on... or maybe I just forgot to explain properly.
Well because of the things I'd mentioned (like being really bugged by tiny imperfections) it generally meant that I rarely colour simply because it isn't enjoyable. It's long, boring and most of all, frustrating and really, I doubt I'd be satisfied with any results regardless of what happened because of the whole process. Whereas simple sketches and stuff ARE enjoyable to make... but really don't get a lot of attention compared to colour.
That and, really, I am overemotional. However in a sense it's more like overspill. I basically live in a world where the people I live with operate by nonsensical BS, flat out make stuff up to yell at me about and I can do nothing right. And yet if I ever voice a complaint towards... anything, all I ever get is "don't be silly" or "stop moaning" which just makes things worse.
Point is, I kinda have to keep everything all bottled up, I don't really have a choice.
So maybe I thought it'd help if I kinda expressed these things here. Where I can at least put a cutesy spin on things that are bothersome or just a bit weird.
I have kind of a love/hate relationship with coats. I love to pockets and padded comfyness but on the other hand, I'm really, really sensitive to heat. The pic there isn't even much of an exaggeration... except for the mutant Pikachu with the wonky ears and foot, I don't know anyone like that.

... it's actually kinda funny. They came out kinda better and were sorta fun-ish to do for such a usually tedious activity. Oddly enough it came out like that due to not actually caring whether or not it was tidy... I don't think there's anything else I can do where I'm actually more effective when not giving a crap. Now I just need to start proofing sketches *mutant pikachu*
I actually wouldn't mind being overly warm if I didn't sweat so easily, especially on my back. Though I'd happily switch predicament with mutantchu, I really like the cold.

My only real draw towards color images over linearts is that they're sometimes easier to make out in the thumbnails, and I like to have a good idea of what I'll be looking at before clicking on it, rather than spending the time clicking on every single image in my inbox when most aren't even something of interest. So if I can't make out the image in the thumbnail, then I'll usually just pass over it unless the title catches my attention.
