As you saw from photos posted a while back the head and wings have sat finished for months... That is because this customer order started in May but got delayed due to lack of duct tape dummy, hand tracing and shoes needed to complete the rest... and then finally in December I got to finish my first hippogriff costume which also features my first set of feathered backpack wings. I decided to dub him "Neighclaw" in honor of Harry Potter's Buckbeak

May i ask where you purchased the long grey fur? I've been looking for this kind of shade for ages, and it looks like quality stuff. Good grey is so hard to come by. :C
The suit is absolutely charming. I love that eye, and the beak is very well crafted also. So very cute. n_n
