The head is a little snug but should fit anyone with a 22" or 23" head. I'm 5'4" and the suit is a little baggy on me. :) If you have long arms thats the only part of the suit that might need to be modified. But it's made from DF white so it wouldn't be hard to lengthen them a bit.
