So I finally got a new car. The old foxmobile is no more. It's at 300k miles and has given me several years of fun and reliability. Now, I've got a VW Jetta Sprotwagen TDi and I'm sure she'll give me many more miles and lots of good memories.

Huh! Awesome MPG, and glad she's got good handling ^_^ Yeah, the newer Outbacks are decent, and the newer WRXs and STIs are amazing performance machines, but their MPG is admittedly lacking ^_^() (That, and their style IMO is uglier than sin >_<)
That's why I went with an '06 WRX wagon, good space, decent MPG for the performance, and still stylish XD
