Messiah #12: The People That Walked In Darkness, HWV 56, by George Frideric Handel
Old 100th German Psalter attributed to Louis Bourgeois
4 minutes 48 seconds
As a very young hippo, I played the organ in various churches. I was 16 when this recording was made. It wasn't the greatest organ I ever played, but I sure enjoyed dressing in a long burgandy robe with sleeves that hung down a foot from my wrists when I played!
This one's for you,

Lyrics
The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light; and they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the light shined.
(Isaiah 9 : 2)
Praise God, from whom all blessings flow;
Praise him, all creatures here below;
Praise him above, ye heavenly host;
Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.
Amen.

Wow! Yeah, there's not a lot of us around!
Although most of my musical uploads are synthesizer, there are a few performed on the organ, like this one.
Good to meet you! :)
