Chloe is my other Border Collie. She is a year old this year, and is a bundle of energy and hyper and love and tail-wiggles. Her favorite past time is mothering the new babies (puppies AND kittens...she bathes them all, whether they like it or not) and playing fetch. Seriously, this dog goes nowhere without her rope-bone. She has more of a working instinct than does Gracie, who has more people instinct, but that has made her a wonderful foster mom to some of the younger babies. She's happiest wen curling up on your lap or playing fetch, or when a new rescue comes in. She and Gracie (and I) are attached at the hip.

Goodness, don't we all. I'm enjoying a quiet moment right now with both of the collies asleep at the same time (for once) as well as the rescue puppy asleep, and a purrkitten in my lap. The two collies I have are great with the newcomers who arrive. They're always so accepting, as though they know that they need a bit of a hand up in life. I'm really fortunate in that aspect. :)
