Hi, all. Happy New Year everyone.
As long as we Russians are on vacation till Jan 9th - I, being one of them, decided to dedicate my free time to relearn how to model and remember how to use Blender software. So I spent about 12-14 hrs. in total modelling this scary shiny eyeless, tongueless and furless cat.. duh :)
This is my second major attempt to learn modeling. And at this time I don't think that sucks too much as previous one. So here is an intermediate result.

If someone is curious - that is subdivision modelling technique. On image shown a model with Catmull-Clark algorithm subdivision modifier applied with factor of 2. This results in 26576 total faces. But base model counts only 1662 faces. Pretty decent for the newbie I guess.

But a lot of stuff yet has to be done - model eyes, tongue, teeth maybe, then will be my first attempt on texturing and applying fur. Also I would like to play around with rigging model and animation of it... so much to do and learn actually... %)

I will move it to scraps within couple of hours :)
