Had a real good time with this commission:) Any day I get to paint a Bee eater is a good one! The ruins in the back are based on photos I took while at the temple of Hercules in Jordan. The costume, sword and bracelet are all based on real Roman objects. I love when I get to do historical based pics! 16x20 acrylic on illustration board. Prints available
