Omg so if any of you guys remember this concept from last year, I finally got it pretty much finished except for a decent half cape. This one was hacked together at the literal last second and I am not happy with how it sat. BUT GOD I wish I could get some better shots of the mask for you guys, it turned out SO GOOD. I ended up making it with leather. Sublimely simple, virtually immune to bumps and dings, and light as a feather to wear. There is so much detail that these two candid shots I found (I didn't have a photographer, I am so happy to have found these from some kind person at MD Ren Faire in October!) didn't capture, I will try to take some close up, well lit photos of just the mask later. BUT MAN This concept really came to life just like I wanted!!
