An anthro object, or just heavily themed on one? It depends on the object, I think, and may cost extra for the complexity. I'd have to see the details to tell you for sure :)

I'm not familiar with that game, but googling shows me it's a dragon? I can definitely style it after something like that, as long as I'm not just redrawing the creature in question exactly.

I'm not familiar with the franchise, but a cursory google shows me a few examples. They definitely look like a species I could design a character from, as long as I'm not drawing any particular named character.

Yes, but it depends on how complicated the clothes are. Generally, it's about $10 USD.

I have a character already, but I like her to be versatile. If I wanted her done up as a wolf, would that fall under this kind of commission? I just saw one of your custom wolf ladies, and decided I must have one of my very own!

Customs are for brand new characters, so I do not use any character references at all (but species, body type, etc references are fine in moderation). If you want her reimagined based on the text form alone, she could be a custom character. If you want me to use previous drawings of her and turn her into a wolf, that would be a normal commission? I hope that helps.

How complex of a design are you willing to take? Granted, you did a 12-armed character and also a cerebus, but I have many small tweaks on many places for a custom cougar.

Complexity is fine (though it will cost more), it's the specificity that might have to be trimmed down. I'll have to see your form to really tell you, but if you're going beyond what the form asks more than a few times, it's probably too specific.

Do you mean species? There is no concrete limit, but note that I mix the species at my discretion.

There are no revisions or WIP images provided with custom characters, which is why the price is low and the turnover is fast. I can design a character for you using this form that includes revisions and such for my normal commission price (starting at $50 USD).

Basically, yes! It's like an adoptable that you have a bit more say in. Note that the forms shouldn't be super long or specific--if you have the exact look of this character in your head, I'd recommend getting a normal commission of it.

I'm not sure if you're the one who sent me an email about this, but I'll answer here too:
That option is for characters that are wearing clothes, but still would be given an adult rating. This includes stuff like nipple slips, open pants, see-through clothing, the like. This would be a good example: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/17691680/
