My dad found this while working the garage. He heard a funny scritching noise and discovered this insect inside a box of parts. We didn't know what it was at the time, but after some inquiry found it to be a giant water bug. It was quite giant, too, a good three inches long.

Last time, I discovered somewhat a multicolored moth, but I couldn't remember accurately of what kind of insect was it, the memory was too blurry, if you know what I mean. So really, it probably wasn't a moth at all. :x
