If they didn't put power lines and tricky trucks at the feet of the building, he could get closer and put it up no problem. But noooo, they gotta make it difficult. Harumph. Well, if he falls into a pile of buildings, it's their fault! He even morphed his wings away to avoid smacking the building across the street. ;)
