Just a few visuals of what Mirromy Eggs look like right after they are laid, A pregnant Mirromy about to lay eggs, and just a cute parent child bonding moment.
Some Egg info:
- about 4 inches wide when laid gradual expands to a bit over 1ft wide.
- Eggs are typically the color of the mother's blood.
- Baby rests inside the yolk, absorbing most of the nutrients through it's skin.
- Yolk is primarily made up of highly concentrated form of mother's blood.
- Umbilical cord attaches to the outside of the yolk to absorb fresh water absorbed through the outer shell.
-Outer shell is similar to Mirromy skin, and filters water and nutrients.

I love all this information 83 Is it possible to have twins and conjoined twins (as in sharing the same egg/yolk or would it be "survival of the fittest" in there?), and other birth defects like missing/extra limbs? Also, how do their bodies react to injuries/scars? Can they regrow missing body parts? (sorry for the questions, I'm just curious as heck!)
Birth defects, conjoined twins, I feel should logically be possible as it can happen in most species here on earth regardless of Mirromy not begin from earth.
Scars can appear to major wounds, though will fade over the years as they regenerate quickly. They can slowly regenerate arms, legs, tails, ears (possibly a whole year for a arm). Tendrils regenerate quickly as they are a primary mode of defense and sensory input from the world around them.

They aren't stuck, as the womb is internal. The penis, or breasts are shown on choice. I am undecided about weening exactly, as the breasts do not produce milk, they produce pure water for the babies to drink. Food, since they do not have teeth initially would need to be smooshed up by the parents before hand in one manner or another.
They typically have 1-3 babies every other mating season. Making sure children are currently raised before having more.
