This was meant for a friend, but she ended up selling this character to me. Nothing special, just a clock-maker-and-repair-mare from Canterlot with an advanced grasp on Telekinetic magics, and holds the magical half of an Omminari.
Honestly, this is the first real character I've owned that wasn't mine to begin with. Oh joy.
