Around this point I had met Spikeshi (aka Toaster Repairpony) on a Team Fortress 2 server, and we struck up a friendship. He mentioned an interest in getting back into art again, and requested that I ask him something to draw for the blog. And so, since we met via TF2, I thought it'd be appropriate it be incorporated into said artwork.

The sign is the "Conscientious Objector" an at-the-time recently introduced TF2 item which I had happened to get as a drop, and I figured it'd make for a good blending of interests. Plus, it's appearance of being made of scrap means it wouldn't look out of place in a post-apocalyptic setting.
