Goofy old doodle..and I do mean old, I drew this in High School. My art really hasn't changed much. Well except for the content...*ahem* but yes! cheeseburgers are great, a cheesebooger would be pretty gross, although too much dairy intake can do nasty things to your throat so perhaps it's a code word for when your throat gets all horribly gunked up and full of snot and you can hardly breath and you're all HURK BLARGH OH GAWD WHY and then you just barely managed to hack it all up or at-least wash it down with a hot drink!
