Progress - Finished ears, attached the neck.
To do - Eyes, teeth, head-spines, and paint.
Problems:
My biggest problem is his mouth will not close. It barely moves. ;^;I was thinking of adding an elastic band under the bottom jaw's foaming, and around the back-top of my head. You think this could work? Also going to pad the iside for a more snug fit.

this helped me out alot though you are doing wonderful yourself

to much elastic on a head will only work the fabric and foam ever so much more from the inside (via constant stress if you talk alot) during the suits existence and thus setting yourself up for a soup of other issues later. if you find a good, solid but small base (Plastic, cardboard even) that fits the underside of the jaw well enough, glue that as the bottom of the jaw (closest to neck) . You should be able to glue short (about 2inch, give or take) elastic bands from each side of the jaw, up under the skin of the cheek of the face XP I've always found this to be alot more effective for awkward, non-balaclava heads, since you don't have any straps or random hardware to deal with to get simple jaw movement
Thank you much for the suggestion! ^o^ I did strip away the foam along the bottom jaw which helped tremendously. However, I will definitely try out this method to help the jaw close all the way. c:At the moment, the head is too loose and moves the whole head up and down when I open and close my mouth. I extended the back of the head down which helped slightly, but will pad it once I get the eyes and teeth in. Any suggestions for a snug-er fit? P:
Thanks again!
