I can't seem to find a picture of it online, this the terrible picture. These doctor's office posters are usually sent directly to them by the companies as opposed to being sold, so it's hard to find information on them.

Nah, not the laminated picture itself, but that image was used in an ad for some early 2000's issue of a magazine in a dental office~ also I remember pillarprocedure.com used to be restoremedical.com back in 2005, if that helps narrow it down. A majority of the time companies run the new ad campaign at the same month they buy new/more urls. Oh! And they also more than one of these! ...but I can't recall if it was different animals, or just different crops with rearranged and flipped pieces.

Still no joy, despite a bit of searching. I'll try to get a better picture if I end up going to that doctor again. 83
