Constella is a legendary pokemon of constellations. The pokemon is normally found as female 75% of the time but there are occasions where it can be found as a male. It can create stars and often when it`s near earth it`ll float there and it`ll apper as a constellation as well. It`s strongest attacks are Star Flare and Constell Pulse.

Constell Pulse is a Dragon type attack which has power based on user`s Special attack state and has 70 accuracy.
