Well, here're 2 different image of the finished sea dragon I've been working on. I was trying different mod effects on GIMP and I thought both of these effects looked cool As for the sea dragon, it was really hard to do X_X I took my original image -> http://www.furaffinity.net/view/9451946/ and then I played around on GIMP using different images from Google. I used fish scales for the scales, porcupine quills for the spikes, fish fins for the fins, a glowing animal's eye for the eye, and some random image that required hair for the tail.
