I have no idea exactly what I did there, but I like it sorta. I wanted to experiment with fur and stuff and I think I nailed it.
This guy is sort of a mix between like... an Aztec priest, an African shaman, and a Greek oracle. He has the head of a lizard, the horns of... some sort of goat... hands like the talons of an eagle, the tail of a lion, and the legs of a cow. He offers sacrifices to his god using not a dagger, but a scimitar.
Iunno either about the title. He's a demented devout or something, and with such a mismatched array of cultures, someone like that could only worship the devil. It makes no sense but let's go with that!
Also, I lament the lack of a "hybrid" category in the species list during submission.
