This is what I am like in toymode, I am just droopy, floppy and limp, smiling and staring forwards adorably, unable to move or talk, but I can still see and think, currently propped up against some non-discript wall... thing. :P
WIP doodle, still practicing styles and poses and whatnot, any advice/constructive criticism is welcome. :3
EDIT: Changed the tail and arm, hopefully made it look better. :3

*Squeaks! blows bubbles and droops.* :3
Ah, well, the answer is very simple, we toys can do inanimate at will, but sometimes also when we're overwhelmed with being squeezed/squeaked and such, not unlike fainting, when we're subjected to lots of things that feel good, we likely toymode and flop over limply as a result, also makes a great disguise to ensure others do not suspect we're no more than just simple toys, however, we're very much alive. ^w^

I can critique art! I know, I went to school to learn it.
I think your arms could be a bit thicker, they seem kinda thin, and maybe have them flop down a bit more, they're following the torso right now.
I do like the head a lot, the perspective of the ears and stuff is great ^^.
Lower in the image it looks like your tail is lower than your legs, and based on the wall line that either means you're levitating, or your legs are way up in the air
That's just nit-picking stuff though, just a little perspective and scale work, it's fine art wise ^^

*Nods.* Aha, I see! I knew I had some areas to improve on, glad someone pointed those out, thank you friend!
Got any examples for the arms? I know it should be more floppy looking, since I am a toy, but... not sure what a good example reference would be (I shall also try to thicken those a bit more too). ^w^;
And yeah, the tail thing can be fixed, sorta was just thrown together to establish where stuff was headed, once again, thank you for the input and critique, very appreciated! as I do more I'm sure the perspective and scale work will just improve on it's own, haven't drawn in seven years after all, so I hope I didn't do too bad. X3
