Looks good. I got a few suggestions if you'd be willing to hear what I have to say, but I can't promis to be coherent because NEW DARK ANGELS FRAWBLAGH!

Ok then. I'd suggest a medium brown on the shaft of his batton, with a brownish shade wash, like Reikland Fleshshade. The bright clours look good, you'll just hit the perpetual problem of white fabric, and that is sadly that it looks too, painted. If you can get a dark blue shade, like Drakenhof Nightshade, that can be used HEAVILY WATERED DOWN FIRST, on the deeper creases in the fabric of his trousers.

I personally would have gone for a creamier colour for the fabric, it's easier to make it look good, and can be done in two steps, but that's me, and I'm bias (dark angels army player.)

On the blue of his field coat, use a neater vertion of the Dakenhof in the creases.

I can't wait to see more from these guys BTW.
