In all honesty, I probably couldn't.
I'm certainly far more of a traditional artist.
The most I know about PS are that it has layers and different brushes for means I'll never understand :P
Oh yes, dodge and burn and also opacity levels.
Otherwise, I know nothing.
Though, I'm not so sure there's much more to know.
