Rahghi is a character from the same pathfinder game as Garuff, and from the same tribe. She bought Laurence one of the PCs as a slave and was generally kind of a smelly bitch to him. Turns out he was a bad purchase.

Laurence caused the other 3 PCs (that had been bought by Garuff for an entirely different reason) to attack and nearly kill her and her two friends, which in turn caused them to get exiled to the 'long walk' or whatever it's called. She and her two compatriots were sent south, to walk in a straight line until they died of exhaustion, or something worse, another gnoll mercy killed them, or they miraculously found some new tribe willing to accept them... they got lucky.

The captain of the Black Talon - a pirate ship - took her and her friends into their 'tribe' and began to teach her their piratey ways, though this particular captain was a bit more of a gentleman than your average pirate - which was lucky for the three of them. She was made his first mate, for reasons only know to him, before he went missing, presumably dead, in a tragic raiding incident with the nation of Andoran.

So, she's captain now, and barely has any idea what she's doing - and she's more or less shanghaied the players into her crew, mostly due to their murderous reputation in the slave-loving nation of Cheliax.
