I'm thinking this is more $30 - $40, $25 minimum, as its getting close to the ref sheet category but not entirely... and in my experience those can easily get to be around $40 to over in the three digit range. Some artists offer them cheaper than $40 also. But anyhow yeah for a  neko-maya sketchpage of this quality, I'd pay anything around $40-60 and perhaps more than that if I had that kind of money to shell.
