(If you like this picture you can COMMISSION ME!)
$45 Airbush/Realism commission for Sandra Fowler of her Bakali character, Adhira trying to hide after what seems to be an attack. This is the night version of this image http://www.furaffinity.net/view/9616487/ .
Decided to do a dark image to mostly try for as good color balance I could get though sacrificing any sense of drama. Part of this was also because this was Mrs. Fowler's first picture of her character, so I wanted to preserve the colors as best as possible in case she ever gave the image to someone else for color reference. Sunset was as dark as I was willing to risk it for what I felt was needed at the time.

The painted look of her merges very well with the rendered background, the two styles of yours go very well together. GIves the image a very realistic look. I like it.
It might benefit from just a touch of blurring on the wall directly behind her to match her detail level better.
It's a great picture. Good use of shadow, gives a very menacing effect without having to show whoever her attackers are, leaving it to thew imagination.
