he gives me 'kisses' and nibbles on skin when he feels he's being ignored. He's only interested in my mouth when I'm eating, then he wants some too! BRAT!

Lol awwww<3 mine gave kisses as well, she would turn her beak sideways and press it against my lips and kinda lick them. But when I would open my mouth, she would put her head inside and inspect my teeth, especially if I had been eating.

I had one (Doobie) go before his first birthday (I saved him from a terrible pet store and he had mites) and another, my Lovely Cheepy died after 13 years

but they are such characters for the short time they're in our lives

she was yellow head and green body :> She used to make fart noises too :3 such an epic bird. Sadly she had cancer in her neck and was scratching it so bad she kinda slit her own throat....was kinda mind scaring and was very upset.

What bastards at the shop honestly :/ sometimes they just dont look after their animals as its only "stock" in their eyes. Wow that budgie was old :3

What a sad story! My gosh I am soooo sorry! And yea some pet stores are crap, I'm just happy I could've given him a nice home for a bit. Notices the mites, just too late. Kept my other birds from gettin it though thank god.

<3 that is VERY true. I picked her from when she was an egg, as my mums friend bred budgies and i got to choose :3 was awesome. Naked budgies are adorable!

I think hatchlings look like sad gummy bears actually LOL but after they get a smidge bigger sooo cute!
